Holiday Open House December 2nd

Open House this Friday, December 2nd, All Day Long!! Lots of homemade goodies, YUM!!! We’ve stocked the shop with many fabulous antique and vintage gifts as well as some spectacular new finds from the High Point gift show. Do you have the time???

Sara just brought in an awesome  collection of vintage clock faces with hand painted enamel dials and brass trim.  I just knew I had to have one and it occurred to me yesterday how I would display it.  At first I thought I would hang it on the wall with another “eclectic” group of things, but I was later inspired to do this.  I framed an old book page and attached the clock face to the outside of the glass.

Remember way-back-when in school when you had “Show and Tell” every Friday? Well, it’s show and tell time at Sheppard Street Antiques! Personally, I kind of got carried away when Dennis (Sara’s husband) started making all of those beautiful terrariums and succulent dish gardens. Yes, REALLY carried away. Then, last week when I was working at the shop I spied this wonderful half round, two tier plant stand. It immediately hit me. I could put this plant stand in my
